THE PHILRULZ DICTIONARY



Whackywigg: A practice started in year ten, Whackywigg begins with the rolling of a twenty-sided die before each film. If the die lands on 20 and only on 20 then each of the remaining films is given an assigned number. The die is rolled again to randomly determine which movie, based on its assigned number, is picked. Whackywigg cannot be overruled, though a Whackywigg film is still subject to being couped, partialed, or Naked Lunch Specialed. Once a film has been Whackywigged, the festival is terminated for the year.
