THE PHILRULZ DICTIONARY



partial: A partial movie is a MovieFest selection that was not watched until completion. This can be achieved either by (a) a majority vote to turn off the film, (b) because a special rule exists pertaining to turning off that film early (such as Boyhood or Yellow Submarine), or (c) via a physical challenge that did not result in a coup (either due to significant runtime being watched or by special designation by the Voting Chairman). Full or partially malfunctioned movies are their own designation.
