THE PHILRULZ DICTIONARY

rule of three'd: The Rule of Three refers to the existing stipulation that a MovieFest movie cannot be watched if three or more attendees have seen at least 15 minutes or more of said film. A rule of three'd movie is any movie which was put on - either without full information of attendee viewership or because a viewer was not present during selection - but was then turned off when it was realized that three or more participants had seen said film. Only qualifies as stoppage time if all disqualifying attendees were in attendance while the film was running.
